Information
Proton International is a committee consisting of 7 students who organize an annual study trip for chemistry of Utrecht University. During this trip the participants can discover chemistry in another country, showing them possibilities to study or even work abroad.
In the past years, we went to Canada, Sweden and Switzerland and in April 2023 we traveled with a group of 24 students to Singapore. Many companies and university research groups in Singapore opened their doors to us and enabled us to discover the chemistry and culture over there. We have met many interesting researchers and students who enthusiastically told us about their research, showed us around their laboratories and answered our eager questions about life in Singapore.
This coming year, we hope to be able to organize an amazing trip for Proton International 2024 to the Czech Republic!.
