Beta in Bestuu & Beleid Career Day

On November 25, Bèta in Bestuur & Beleid (BiBB) is organizing a career day at Sociëteit De Witte in The Hague. The day is intended for Master's students, PhD candidates, and postdocs with a science or technical background.

Many science students do not immediately view policy, administration, or politics as a logical career path. Yet, thanks to their analytical skills and technical knowledge, they are well-equipped to contribute to societal issues regarding, for example, climate, energy, digitalization, health, and safety.

During the BiBB Career Day, participants will receive concrete tools to explore a step towards administration, policy, or politics. The program consists of lectures, workshops, a career fair, and discussions with professionals in the field. There will also be speakers such as Henri Bontenbal (CDA parliamentary group leader) and Jan Anthonie Bruijn (former President of the Senate and Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport).

There is a limited number of places available; the career day sells out every year.
